The HOK 2018 Design Annual illustrates research across our robust practice areas—from concepts to completed works—that exemplify our process of design exploration, research and discovery. Though research lies at the heart of our design process, it is not the singular component. Creativity, intuition, client input and a deep understanding of the art, craft and science of design all play important roles. Together these factors formed the basis of HOK’s mission and shaped the design and thought behind these projects representing some of our most rewarding work of 2018.
