Unsolicited Candidate Introduction Policy

HOK does not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles from professional recruiters or employment agencies (“agency”). Any unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles submitted to HOK’s career site or directly to any employee (including hiring managers) immediately become the property of HOK. HOK reserves the exclusive right to pursue and hire that candidate without any fee obligation to the agency. Without a pre-existing, signed employment agency agreement and prior authorization from a member of our Human Resources staff, any commitments (including verbal, email, chat, etc.) from any HOK employee shall be unauthorized by, and not binding on, HOK. This policy applies to all HOK offices. It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiters, agencies, and vendors to be aware of this policy. Agencies with written fee agreements with HOK and engaged in a specific search must follow the submission process outlined by the Human Resources staff member with whom they are partnering on such specific search. All inquiries from agencies to become a provider of recruiting services must be directed to and approved by a member of HOK Human Resources.
