With over 25 years of experience in architecture and project management, Dan leads teams as a practice leader in HOK’s Science + Technology group in Seattle. He delivers innovative designs for complex projects, from cutting-edge research labs to expansive life science developments. By building strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and colleagues, Dan fosters a culture of collaboration, open communication and mutual respect.

An advocate for sustainable design, Dan frequently speaks at industry events on strategies for high-performance labs.

Dan is energized by mission-driven projects that advance innovation and positively impact future generations. His inclusive engagement process enables teams to design modern, efficient spaces tailored to enhance users’ productivity.

Dedicated to strengthening his community, Dan volunteers his time and energy to local and national nonprofit and community-based organizations.
