David Weatherhead RIBA, BREEAM Associate
David is a design principal in HOK’s London studio and a member of the global design board. He is passionate about creating thought-provoking design responses to complex problems and enhancing the lives of everyone who experiences the space.
Since the early 2000s, David has designed a wide variety of award-winning buildings. He previously led his own architect-developer practice in Sweden and worked on significant projects in the U.K. and across the globe.
David is fascinated by the future of our cities and how designers can create truly sustainable buildings that embrace culture, technology and new materials while addressing society’s most pressing needs.
His current projects include a residential tower in central London, a new green corridor in west London, a large residential scheme in London’s Docklands and a supertall building in the Middle East.
