Lou is the technical principal in HOK’s Chicago studio and a member of the firm’s global technical board. His more than three decades of experience includes the development of complex urban, corporate, commercial and institutional projects.
Lou provides leadership for design teams and oversees the technical excellence and quality of all projects. He has established a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the Chicago studio.
