Marti is the director of HOK’s human resources group. Based in St. Louis, she brings more than 30 years of HR experience with HOK. Marti oversees HOK’s growing team of HR professionals across the firm and identifies new employee benefits, programs and resources.

She has played an instrumental role in many initiatives that make HOK a positive and welcoming workplace. These include developing a flexible PTO program, overseeing and enhancing the firm’s employee benefits and improving the annual review process. Marti also championed improvements to HOK’s family leave policy and mental health benefits.

Marti is a senior certified professional with the Society of Human Resources Management, a certified employee benefits specialist and a member of the HR committee for the Architects Foundation and AIA’s Large Firm Roundtable.
