As managing principal of HOK’s on-site space management practice, Paul brings more than 35 years of management experience to HOK’s clients. Based in Ottawa, he leads HOK’s space management services, providing space and occupancy planning and data management support to corporate real estate teams.
Paul has experience in the public, private, commercial, industrial and not-for-profit sectors across North America. Collectively, his team’s space management clients occupy 60 million square feet of real estate and have more than 180,000 full-time employees. As a professional engineer with an MBA, Paul brings a unique combination of design and business expertise to each project.
Paul has been a frequent speaker for events at CoreNet, the FAMIS Conference, the Real Property Institute of Canada, IFMA, the Smart City Summit and IIDEX Neocon. He also has contributed articles to IFMA and CoreNet Global publications. In the past he has served as director of the Project Management Institute’s Ottawa Chapter and chair of the volunteer board of directors for the Roberts/Smart Centre in Ottawa.
