As an architect and principal for HOK’s on-site space management practice, Bill leads the firm’s space management teams, which often are embedded within our clients’ organizations and working on their sites. He is based in Ottawa.

Bill directs national and global teams in providing on-site space management services, including occupancy planning and data management. His integrated space management teams help clients achieve their real estate objectives, driving down expenses while aligning space with business strategies.

Bill’s expertise in corporate real estate includes strategic planning, architectural and interior design, workplace strategy and space management. He has presented on corporate real estate and space management at events for CoreNet, IIDEX Neocon, IFMA, the Real Property Institute of Canada and the Smart City Summit.
