HOK designed the interiors of this new headquarters building to consolidate more than 1,200 corporate employees from several Dallas-area locations.
The four-story, build-to-suit space helped the company reduce its square footage by 15 percent while providing work settings and amenities that encourage employee engagement and productivity.
Open-plan offices, flexible conference rooms and seamlessly integrated technology promote collaboration throughout the building. Huddle rooms and focus rooms appear in neighborhoods throughout the workplace.
The team applied color, graphics and distinct finishes to establish these neighborhoods and maintain department identities without introducing physical boundaries.
Amenities include a dining facility with a café and juice bar, a fitness center and basketball court, store and a broadcast studio for producing internal and external communications.
Flexible office and workstation furniture enables quick, easy reconfigurations to support the organization’s changing needs while increasing density and collaboration.
