Le Méridien Hangzhou

The 33-story Le Méridien Hangzhou is located in the historic city’s vibrant Binjiang Business District. The hotel overlooks the Qiantang River, providing easy access to commercial and cultural districts. It is Marriott’s first Le Méridien property in Hangzhou.

The city’s tradition of silk production inspired HOK’s design. The building geometry has a fluid, natural form. With its distinct layers of minimally detailed exterior glass and metal walls, the tower’s form elicits a soft play of light throughout the day and produces a silk-like veil across the facade.

HOK’s design orients the building to maximize the number of rooms facing the river and provide the best views. Guests and residents enjoy plenty of natural light and scenery.

The hotel has 199 contemporary guestrooms and suites, with amenities including a large ballroom and a well-equipped fitness center with an indoor swimming pool. Three different restaurants cater to diners seeking to experience the local cuisine. A recreation center offers a large kids club, an indoor golf simulator and an art studio.
