Staff can choose from various comfortable seating options that accommodate different work styles. Private phone rooms are available for those requiring privacy or focus time.

Accessibility is central to HOK’s design. Clear, unobstructed pathways facilitate easy navigation for all users. The millwork is specially designed to accommodate wheeled mobility devices. Thoughtfully designed lighting systems cater to various visual needs and help create a comfortable work environment. Universal washrooms further underscore the commitment to accessibility. Tying these elements together is a distinctive wooden wave ceiling design that adds warmth while serving as a unique architectural feature.

The Hub emphasizes technology-driven innovation. Cisco WebEx Room Kits in all meeting rooms connect RBC’s global IT workforce, facilitating seamless communication. Cisco Board Pro technology enables digital whiteboarding for interactive brainstorming across in-person and remote teams.
