The design for the ultra-luxury, five-star Rosewood Abu Dhabi hotel creates a distinct, personalized lifestyle experience on Al Maryah Island.

Interior spaces take cues from the local topography and culture, merging the vastness of the white desert sand dunes with the crystal blues and greens of the Arabian Sea. The sleek, modern aesthetic creates a feeling of understated opulence and elegance. Natural materials include stone, wood and glass.

The grand lobby, with a backdrop of neighboring waterways and the sea beyond, is bordered on one side by a flowing water feature and on the other by a dramatic wall of art.

Interior spaces encourage a free flow of movement between key living areas, creating an easy, relaxed experience. Full-height windows bring 360-degree, panoramic views into every guestroom. Guestroom furnishings echo the stylish feel of the lobby with even richer fabrics and finishes. Pieces of modern regional artwork, mixed with traditional accessories and pottery, weave the indigenous expression of the public spaces into the rooms.

Rosewood Abu Dhabi has nine signature restaurants and lounges; eight conference and event spaces, including a ballroom accommodating 1,000 guests; a pool and gym facilities; and a spa.
